A top U.S.A. team of white water adventurers, Matt Wilson, Evan Ross and Henry Munter paddle Madagascar’s most difficult white water. First and second descents of the rivers and waterfalls and the jungle test their endurance. From perfect lines to a major miscalculation, they survive to win the battle on the river and the hearts of the native villagers.
Director Tom Tatum
Tom Tatum has produced and/or directed over four hundred action/extreme sports docu pics, videos, TV programs and segments since 1981 covering 50 plus sports. His programs have been shown in theaters, on ESPN, ABC, Outdoor Life, Nickelodeon and Prime Sports in the U.S. Tatum Video and Tomwil International have distributed them to more than twenty countries. Tatum Video maintains a stock footage library of ten thousand minutes of sports footage. Tatum has won many awards including best sports film for “Double High” at Telluride Mountain Film Festival and recently for “White Water Gods” at Houston International Film festival. He produced the cult feature film “Winners Take All” which is distributed on DVD by MGM. He produced the Pro Ski Tour for TV for ten years and was President of the cable TV network “Planet Central” where he produced Eco Sports and Travel. He produced and directed “Green Peace’s Greatest Hits” which was shown worldwide. He has produced The Ouray Ice Festival with Jeff Lowe for twelve years and will produce Extreme Ski Specials in Telluride and Taos in 2009 plus his series “Super Crashes, Splashes and Wipeouts”.
