This is a story of a 17-year-old boy named Hari Rai, who lives in a small village in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal, and his extraordinary journey. He gets a job to carry a huge refrigerator to the a pass at the  top of the mountains and down to the nearest town. We follow Hari Rai on his journey through the fascinating Himalayan landscapes, and we discover his inner life and thoughts.

Directors Nataša Stanković and Lucian Muntean – Lunam Docs

LUNAM is an independent documentary film production duo - Nataša Stanković and Lucian Muntean – dedicated to documentary film making on human rights and social justice, around the world, with special attention paid to children rights and labor.
Lucian            Lucian, born in 1976 in Serbia, graduated from the University of Film and Theatre, Department of Cinematography, in Bucharest, Romania, in 2000. Since graduation, he has been working as a cinematographer for various international productions and TV networks.
            Nataša, born in 1977 in Serbia, graduated from the University of Arts, Department of Photography and Video, in Bucharest, Romania, in 2001. She has an MA degree in Fine Art Photography and History of NatasiaPhotography from the University of Arts, Belgrade, Serbia. Currently, she is advancing her studies in photography.
            In 2005, Nataša and Lucian filmed, directed, edited and produced their first film, a short documentary called “Punam” about child labor issues. “Punam” screened at more than 50 international festivals and received eight awards. “Journey of a Red Fridge” is their second film.
